Hello Bizmos! Here’s a collections of things I’ve discussed and think is useful for you.
I’m always available for your questions.

How I would start the business plan
It’s incomplete, but you get the idea.
Crafting brand to be budget friendly + forward thinking
This is something I had always meant to bring up to you but forgot.
The reason I always encourage you to learn more is so no one can get over on you, like Go Daddy, Vistaprint, Influencers, etc. Knowledge is power. The more you can learn about anything and everything, the less out of reach it seems. Also, the more money you save.
Think about your branding and how sustainable it is for you. For example if you decide to go with super sleek branding, how feasible would it be to make updates (digital graphics, physical displays at markets, etc.). Like for my business, the look and feel of it is that it’s crafty and cozy, so if I hand paint a sign, especially last minute, it doesn’t look out of place. ** Sleek branding is still definitely possible (any kind is), but if it’s what you want, think about how you can make it happen for cheap and how you would handle it when you needed to update something. Could you update on your own without spending a pretty penny?
When I make fixtures to display my art and signs, it’s okay that it’s not super perfect because my visual look and feel is crafty, cozy, creative, etc. Consider this as you are putting things together. Can you update your own digital graphics? Can you make your own signage the night before a market that still is cohesive with your branding as to not compromise customer experience? Can you figure out a fixture that would be suitable for your needs + be affordable + not look out of place? Can you take your own product photos and edit them properly? Heavily relying on other people or services to get things together for you can be limiting and not cost effective (Vistaprint, professional display equipment, etc.). Be creative!

Sushi BAke
Here’s a recipe similar to the one I made.
https://www.jasminepak.com/recipes/sushibake
In my opinion, sushi bake comes down to 2 things, with cream cheese or without cream cheese. And I’m not a cream cheese lover.
Here are some of the things I used, this is a loose shopping list:
generic eel sauce
Wasabi Sauce *didn’t have on the day but would use at home
Nori, Rice and Cucumbers. I did NOT season my rice with vinegar or anything- to me it’s unnecessary.
Tobiko can be found at a specialty seafood market like coastal seafood or at restaurant Depot.
