Bring your items to bedazzle, cut up, add a design or anything else you can think of! I’ll have available some rhinestones, the glue, the gloves, drop cloths, etc.

I’ll also have supplies for you to make earrings, a bag charm, a t shirt or anything else!

While supplies last. Supplies limit per person (within reason, like try not to use up all the rhinestones if others need it).

Also- your ticket includes a FREE small freestyle henna ($20 value) or FREE pride themed airbrush tattoo (I’m making Heated Rivalry designs!)

Sliding scale pricing is available for community members who would like to participate but doing so at full price would present a significant financial hardship.

Please join me for a community Sound bath and info session at the new Mindful Families Therapy location in Bloomington!

This sound bath will be relaxing with an uplifting finish.

Afterward, I will be facilitating an optional discussion on sound healing which will include origin, psychoeducation and my personal history with it.

Please feel free to stay for the sound bath only. We’ll have an intermission/break after the sound bath.

Relaxing sound bath facilitated in an outdoor pool surrounded by lovely greenery. This experience will be followed by a henna group session.

Join me for an intimate floating sound bath session surrounded by greenery. This experience is meant to help you find deep relaxation. The sound bath will be a lighter relaxation sequence instead of introspective.

Space in the pool is limited.

Walk ins can expect to lay poolside and there may be a possibility you won’t have room to enter the pool until the sound bath recovery period is over.

This is a private neighborhood pool, there may be ambient neighborhood noise.

Sound bath is followed by optional intuitive henna. Or you may feel free to spend extra time in the pool until the event is over.
